This time we booked a simple room and were pleasantly surprised.This was our 2nd visit within past 10days. Martina at reception was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and truly helpful. This room was recently renovated, modern, and much nicer than the suite we had previously. Again, we enjoyed the hotel’s amenities and the cocktails.

Staff was extremely helpful starting with Martina at check in, Alex the very knowledgeable and detailed concierge and front desk manager Alex who was very helpful in settling a billing issue. Honorable mention goes to Leonardo who seemed to be on duty at all times of the day or night. We felt like family by the time we left!

Lovely dining room. Selection of food at breakfast was excellent but hot food wasn’t hot. Also there should be a cheaper option for bread, pastries and coffee as not everyone wants a cooked breakfast. Selection of food in bar was poor but service was excellent. All staff excellent

Excellent, well located and very modern with a lot of facilities. The hotel buffet breakfast was excellent. Nice relaxing enclosed garden for quiet drinks and relaxing. The food in the bar as well as the service was excellent. Beautiful indoor pool area and well equipped gym.

Antonella helped with problems and confirmation details for our flight that were all in Spanish. We would have had to do this at the airport and with her help, problem solved, and our time saved. She was effective and got it done. Keep her on your staff.
